A prestigious public sector organisation located in Bedfordshire are looking for a Director of Estates to oversee and operate the smooth running and development of their estate and associated infrastructure.
This is a senior leadership position and reporting to the COO, the responsibilities are to develop and deliver the overall strategy within a diverse and challenging environment.
The role will need you to work closely with various stakeholders within the business and have a long-term outlook to deliver key objectives over the coming years. Your strategic leadership/planning/management skills will come to the fore but give exceptional satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will either be a current Facilities Director within either the public or private sector or be looking to make that step up to such a position. You will need experience of managing in diverse environments but breadth of experience would be advantageous.
