Tasks
* Asa regional team member your primary responsibility will be tobuild maintain and strengthen partnerrelationships. You will achieve this by identifyingand continuously monitoring a network of regional sales partnersdriving the onboarding of new partners and establishing asuccessful relationship with them.
* Additionally you will organise and superviseonline training for our sales partners and implement theHornetsecurity partner program.
* You will beexpected to identify growth areas and generate opportunities foryour Inside Sales Rep to close win business.
* You will also conclude partner business plansand consistently monitor the successful development of your salespartners.
* Furthermore you will participate inTrade Shows and partner events presenting oursolutions.
* To ensure that the targets withinyour territory are achieved you will create relevant forecasts anddefine concrete measures.
* You will work withteams such as Sales or Marketing internally and represent thecompany externally as a personal contactperson.
Requirements
* Youhave professional experience in IT sales and a good understandingof cybersecurity solutions and businessprocesses.
* You have relevant experience dealingwith sales partners in the UK / Ireland and have successfullydeveloped partners strategically andcommercially.
* You are a competent communicatorand confident in dealing with partners and customers at alllevels.
* You are willing to travel (a full UKdriving licence is required) and enjoy delivering valuepropositions via facetoface meetings presentations andproposals.
* You will convince customers withyour winning personality and enjoy working in an internationalteam. You motivate yourself with your successes and passionatelypursue your quarterly goals.
* You are anorganisational talent and know how to set priorities in favour ofthe HornetsecurityGroup.
