Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Senior Category Manager in establishing and managing effective contractual agreements compliant with EU/UK public procurement and Trust regulatory requirements.
2. Promote and foster effective stakeholder relationships, leading and influencing change in strategic sourcing, supplier development, and management to meet Trust strategy, customer requirements, and cost improvement goals.
3. Collaborate with Category Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions supporting care pathways and strategic objectives.
4. Mentor and develop team members, manage ongoing business review programs with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure effective contract management. Act as an ambassador for the department, providing specialist advice to internal customers.
