WNS is seeking a highly experienced and results‑driven Senior Vice President of Sales with a specific focus on the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results in complex, global business environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the MRC Sales division, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods sectors.
* Client Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture C‑level client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
o Understand client needs and align company solutions to drive value and customer satisfaction.
* Industry Expertise:
o Leverage extensive industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods to position WNS as a strategic partner and solution provider.
o Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
* Global Market Expansion:
o Drive global sales initiatives, exploring and expanding into new markets within the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods domains.
o Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless global delivery of services.
* Provide strong leadership to the MRC Sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
* Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
* Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, particularly in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
* Global market expertise with a focus on MRC sectors.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
