We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the early learning experiences of children. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare and fostering a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young learners.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement educational activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in children.
* Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and their families.
* Monitor children's progress and maintain accurate records of their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational programme.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery environment.
* Lead by example, demonstrating effective management and leadership skills within the team.
Experience
* Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
* A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills in English are required to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
