Manpower are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to work for one of their clients based in Bristol. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between customers and operations. You'll take ownership of the full order journey - from entry to delivery - ensuring a smooth, professional, and proactive service every step of the way.

What you'll be doing:
? Manage end-to-end customer orders using SAP & CRM systems
? Build strong relationships with internal teams & customers
? Handle queries, complaints, returns & credits
? Monitor inventory, deliveries & service performance
? Continuously look for smarter, better ways of working
What you'll need:
? 3+ years' experience in a similar CSR role (ideally manufacturing or packaging)
? SAP and Salesforce.com experience (preferred)
? Strong Excel and communication skills
? Fluent English
