BMS Service Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance/Travel Paid, PPE and work equipment, training and progression, 25 days holidays + more
About the Role
As a BMS Service Engineer, you'll represent the company on-site, providing expert support for Building Management Systems (BMS). Your role will focus on maintaining system efficiency, delivering energy-saving solutions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a focus on Trend & Tridium.
Attend to service calls and provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring systems are running efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the service team and provide updates on job progress, reporting on any issues and solutions.
Travel across the London area with occasional trips outside of this area if required (though not on a regular basis).
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working within the BMS industry, with hands-on experience with 1 of Trend or Tridium.
License: Must hold a clean UK driving licence, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.
Flexibility: Willingness to work out of hours when required and participate in the call-out rota.
Location: Preferably based within or surrounding London
