We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven individual to join our Fundraising and Communications Team and lead our flagship corporate fundraising programme. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and stewarding high-value partnerships, managing projects end to end, and working closely with colleagues to create meaningful employability opportunities for young people. You will be responsible for growing and nurturing relationships with businesses at all levels, achieving financial targets, and ensuring young people benefit from real-world opportunities, with scope to support other corporate initiatives.
We are committed to supporting professional growth and would be open to supporting the successful candidate to undertake a Fundraising Diploma or Advanced Diploma (subject to role requirements and performance). This development opportunity is designed to build specialist fundraising skills, strengthen sector knowledge, and support career progression within the organisation.
Hours: 37.5 per week Part-time, with hours negotiable based on availability.
