We are excited to announce that, due to continued growth, Step Up is now recruiting Full-Time, Part-Time, and Sessional Support Workers in both the Falkirk and Alloa areas!

Shifts include a mix of day and backshifts, with every second weekend off to support a healthy work-life balance. Plus, enjoy our unique rota system 3 days off one week and 2 days off the next giving you time to recharge and focus on what matters most.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,588.20 to £26,171.60 per year (£13.51£14.38 hourly rate), based on a 35-hour FTE, dependent on skills and experience. This role also benefits from incremental annual salary progression.
