Main duties of the job
You will support the optimisation of clinical diaries by following administrative standard operating procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Answering calls
2. Responding to patient queries
3. Booking appointments
4. Sending out appropriate patient communications
5. Registering referrals
You will work with our electronic notes system (EMIS), adding relevant documentation to patient records.
Depending on service needs, you may also perform reception duties, including greeting patients and visitors.
Additional responsibilities may include ordering stationery and supplies, acting as a fire warden, and managing room bookings.

* Experience working in a health/social care or service-oriented organisation
Qualifications
* NVQ 2 in Administration or equivalent experience
