The Teaching School Hub at ATLP is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis. This role offers the opportunity to support the smooth running of the Hub, ensuring administrative tasks and operations are completed efficiently, enabling our teaching and professional development programmes to thrive. Key Responsibilities: To provide general administrative support to the Teaching School Hub team Manage correspondence, including emails and telephone enquiries Assist with the organisation of events, training sessions and workshops Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems Support with reporting, data entry and document preparation Liaise with staff, schools and external partners as required What you'll need to succeed Be highly organised with excellent attention to details Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Be a strong communicator with a friendly and professional manner Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a busy educational environment What you'll get in return Work as part of a supportive and innovative team within the ATLP network Contribute directly to the professional development and success of schools and educators Gain experience in a dynamic teaching and learning environment How to apply: To arrange an informal chat about the role, please contact Cathryn Mortimer, Director of Teaching School Hub, via email on cmortimer@atlp.org.uk To apply please complete an application form online.
