Position – Technical Facilities Coordinator / Handyperson
* Salary – Up to £34,000 per annum
* Location – Blackfriars
* Working Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm
* Reporting Into – Engineering Manager
* Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced Technical Facilities Coordinator / Handyperson to work for a business with many years of extensive experience, my client has been founded by four industry professionals brought together by a common goal; to provide their clients with a complete facilities maintenance package, tailored to suit their needs and to deliver that service cost effectively but to the highest engineering standards.
* This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

* As a Facilities Coordinator / Handyperson, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
* You will also be responsible for dealing with the helpdesk duties and responding to clients & sub-contractors via the helpdesk app.
* Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
* General building services duties.
* The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge and computer literate.
