Job Description
As a Maintenance Planner you will be tasked with the following;
3. Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
4. Maintain, operate and develop the businesses CMMS.
5. Coordinate with the engineering team to prioritise and allocate resources for maintenance activities.
6. Monitor and track the performance of maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and upcoming requirements.
8. Proactively identify and address potential maintenance issues to prevent equipment failures.
9. Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to support maintenance operations.
10. Implement and improve maintenance planning processes for optimal results.
11. Support the Engineering & Manufacturing department with data analysis and reporting on equipment performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance Planner should have:
12. Experience of running/using a CMMS system
13. Understanding of legal compliance requirements
14. Good health and safety knowledge
15. Time served in either mechanical or electrical engineering
16. Manufacturing background
