Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified Football Coach to lead sessions at our Brighton Centre in Peacehaven, currently we are looking for someone to lead our U6 & U7 group as well as our Girl's Academy.
Duties
* Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Educate staff on best practices, policies, and procedures to enhance their performance and professional development.
* Oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring compliance with company standards and health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
* Conduct regular training sessions for staff, focusing on skill development and sports coaching techniques.
* Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar environment is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and inspire others effectively.
* A background in sports coaching or related fields would be advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
