Overview
At SS&L we strive to provide excellent customer service, and as a member of the wider Business Development Team you will play a key role in ensuring we meet this goal. As part of the Front Door Team, you will play a key role in the recruitment of learners, ensuring customers are well informed and that their journey to the classroom is smooth and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit new learners to SS&L through relationships with schools’ referral partners and other agencies.
* Provide Careers Information, Advice and Guidance to prospective learners ensuring their chosen career pathways are right for them.
* Onboard new learners onto their new courses.
* Attend a variety of school and careers events to raise awareness of SSL courses available to learners in our region.
* Support learners through the enrolment and onboarding journey.
* Match candidates with suitable employment.
* Maintain relationships with key employer partners to support repeat business.
* Manage apprenticeship vacancies on the Digital Apprenticeship Service, including keeping employers informed of progress and outcomes.
