Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Designer role: Take the lead in shaping innovative architectural concepts that meet client aspirations, blend aesthetics with function, and respond to project-specific requirements. Manage projects through all phases—from initial briefing to completion—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, including regular site involvement. Work across all RIBA Stages (0–7), contributing to each phase with clarity and expertise. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary in-house teams—designers, engineers, and project managers—to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate design intent effectively through presentations, regular updates, and feedback sessions with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life. Utilise advanced design software, including AutoCAD, to develop accurate 3D models and comprehensive architectural drawings. Integrate sustainable design principles to promote environmentally responsible and energy-efficient solutions across all projects. Qualifications for this Architectural Designer role: Proven experience in the Hospitality sector or involvement in large-scale architectural projects. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline. Registered Architect status or actively working toward professional licensure. Proficient in AutoCAD, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate design documentation. Solid understanding of building codes, regulatory requirements, and construction methodologies.
