Overview
The University of Wolverhampton Business School is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Leadership to join our Department of Management and Leadership. You will teach on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, bringing expertise in HRM, leadership, and related subject areas.
Responsibilities
* Deliver and contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of courses across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in HRM and leadership.
* Demonstrate experience in module leadership, curriculum design, and working with diverse student cohorts, including international students.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Good first degree and a Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
* Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
* Experience of teaching in higher education (or equivalent).
* Commitment to high-quality teaching, inclusive practice, and student support.
* Fellowship of Advance HE is expected (or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe).
