What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting trustee board and committee meetings
* Preparing agendas, collating papers, and managing meeting cycles
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Tracking actions and maintaining governance records
* Supporting research, reporting, and client projects
* Assisting with budgets, invoicing, and supplier coordination
