Your Role
As the SRM Pricing & PPA D&A Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and scaling our Data & Analytics (D&A) products. Reporting to the Global Director of PN Growth, you will collaborate with various teams across the globe to unlock the full potential of our Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead D&A Strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive product strategy for Strategic Pricing & Price Package Architecture, aligned with our growth vision.
* Collaborate with Product Owners: Partner with business product owners to deliver top-tier SRM D&A capabilities that drive consumer penetration and category profit.
* Transform Capabilities: Work with global and regional SRM Pricing teams to enhance our collective capabilities and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
* Design Analytics Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable analytics solutions that align with our product objectives.
* Develop Data Strategy: Create a robust data strategy for effective data collection, storage, and utilization, contributing to a solid data foundation for growth initiatives.
* Value Creation Focus: Drive value creation and ensure exceptional adoption of analytics capabilities to deliver impactful results.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align D&A initiatives with business objectives.
* Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and manage a talented D&A team, fostering collaboration and skill development.
* Track KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and impact.
* Communicate Effectively: Simplify complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders and provide training to product teams.
* Ensure Data Compliance: Identify and mitigate data-related risks, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and governance practices.

* Proven Leadership: A track record of leading teams to develop and implement data and analytics solutions that drive business value, especially in pricing domains.
* Delivery Management Experience: Strong experience in managing analytical products and translating business needs into actionable insights.
* Storytelling Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with non-digitally savvy stakeholders and educate them on data concepts.
* Influential Leadership: Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence without authority.
* Team Management: Experience in building and managing high-performing data and analytics teams.
* Vendor Relationship Management: Experience in managing relationships with external data vendors and analytics service providers.
* Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with CPG and Retailer dynamics, including key external third-party data sources.
