As Spa Pool Bar Assistant, you will be serving food and drink to all guests from the hotel, spa days, and our members, ensuring the smooth running of the Pool Bar on every shift.
* Provide our 5-star service to hotel guests and members, establishing a courteous, helpful, and friendly attitude at all times.
* Take and serve orders, providing nutritional or allergen information as requested.
* Ensure bills are cashed with care, including correct charging to rooms, payment methods, and discounts.
* Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner to keep the pool bar well-maintained and guest-ready.
* Store food and drinks correctly, using items in the correct date order.
* Experience waiting in a restaurant or café environment is essential.
* Demonstrate excellent guest service skills.
* Drive and passion to seek opportunities to go above and beyond for guests.
* Show confidence, enthusiasm, and passion for your work and communication with colleagues.
* Maintain a keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and a flexible attitude.
