Sports coaches – football and netball

Hours: Part-time (5–15 hours per week), term time only Start Date: August 2026 Hamilton College is a non-denominational Christian Independent School for children and young people from the ages of 2-18. Hamilton College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and experienced Football and Netball Coaches to support the delivery of high-quality sport across both the curriculum and an expanding co-curricular programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and ambitious school community, contributing to a thriving sports programme and inspiring pupils to develop a lifelong enjoyment of sport. Working across both the Junior and Senior School, you will play a key role in fostering participation, enhancing performance, and supporting pupils of all abilities. Reporting to the Director of Sport , responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering high-quality football and/or netball training sessions Coaching pupils within curriculum lessons and co-curricular clubs Leading teams at fixtures and competitions Supporting the continued development and growth of both sports programmes Contributing to coaching and officiating duties We are looking for candidates who: Are enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about sport Have experience coaching football and/or netball Can deliver engaging and inclusive sessions for young people Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills Are committed to promoting participation, teamwork, and sporting excellence Relevant coaching qualifications and safeguarding awareness are desirable.
