Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
* Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system for future reference.
* Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and customer experience.
* Participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on company policies.
* Offer insights for process improvements and assist in developing innovative customer service strategies.
* Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken; proficient in English is required.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
