The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor, playing a key role in our Go-To-Market team. As a certified expert, you will lead technological solutions for our customers, collaborating with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer teams to leverage your technical expertise, drive opportunities, and exceed expectations.
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, delivering value through engaging demos, presentations, and technical solutions, supporting sales, pre-sales, and delivery activities. You will develop profitable deals, showcase your technical and domain expertise, and build strong relationships with external partners. Your focus on continuous improvement and your certifications will establish you as a technical authority.
Your responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, developing demonstrations and proofs of concept, coordinating pre-sales processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to create effective solutions. You will also foster relationships with external alliance partners to co-create solutions.

Who You Are
You possess the required experience and a growth mindset, prioritizing customer success and inclusivity. You are skilled in translating technical knowledge into customer solutions, have consultative selling experience, and hold relevant certifications in areas such as Application Data and AI, Cloud, Security, etc.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelors or Master’s degree, with at least 5 years of experience selling technical services across multiple industries.
