Divisional Manager Roofing & Cladding
Location: Stirling and Falkirk, Scotland
Salary: £55,000 £62,000 + Company Car
We are seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to lead and grow our commercial roofing and cladding division. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing high-value projects (ranging from £50,000 to £1 million) while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Roofing & Cladding division.
* Oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to maximise performance.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary senior point of contact.
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the division.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the divisions client base and service offering.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven track record in a senior management role within the commercial roofing and cladding sector (e.g., Divisional Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Contracts Manager).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct multi-disciplinary teams.
* Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
* Solid understanding of health & safety, compliance, and industry best practices.
