Job Duties:
* Provide academic support and tutoring to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to students' individual needs
* Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students in Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
* Effective classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
