Teaching Assistant Role
As a Teaching Assistant working through Teaching Personnel, you will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Roles may vary from general classroom support to 1:1 support for pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs).
Roles available in Swansea, Llanelli and Neath.

Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant
* Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Provide 1:1 or small group interventions
* Assist pupils with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)
* Help manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Prepare learning resources and classroom materials
* Promote inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil well-being

What We’re Looking For in a Teaching Assistant
* Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, care, coaching, Personal experience etc.)
* A positive, proactive, and patient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
