We are recruiting an Office Administrator for a growing company in Witney who are looking to add a reliable and enthusiastic Administrator to their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to work in a supportive environment where their contributions genuinely make a difference.
This new, part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives on being organised. Youll work closely with the Office Manager and Directors, helping with everything from basic admin and document management to assisting with employee training records, supplier lists, and more.
This is an office based role, working 15 hours per week
Key Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
Keeping office supplies stocked and shared spaces tidy
Scanning, filing, and helping digitise past project records
Scheduling meetings and managing shared calendars
Assisting with expense claims, invoice tracking, and filing receipts
Supporting the team with training records, CPD bookings, and accreditations
Sending customer satisfaction surveys and keeping records up to date
General admin support as needed
