What you\'ll do
* Lead kitchen operations in partnership with the Kitchen Manager to prepare, cook and serve dishes to a high standard.
* Manage and develop the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
* Monitor stock, food safety, and hygiene standards to comply with regulations.
* Contribute to menu planning and cost control.
* Support onboarding and training of junior staff.
* Collaborate with front-of-house and other teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
