Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the engineering workshop team to deliver high quality repair and overhaul services for industrial motors and associated equipment
* Ensure full compliance with all HSEQ policies, procedures, and safety standards across workshop and Insite operations.
* Manage workshop performance to achieve P&L targets, including revenue growth, gross margin, and operational efficiency.
* Act as a senior technical and operational contact for customers, delivering effective solutions and maintaining strong client relationship.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean processes and best practice engineering standards.
* Allocate engineering resources effectively to maximise productivity, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with sales and operational teams to support business growth, customer visits, and development of new opportunities.

* Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering repair operations within an industrial environment.
