Summary:
We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media & Digital Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you won't just be posting updates; you'll be the voice of our brand across all platforms, from LinkedIn to Instagram. You will spearhead our award-winning water efficiency campaign, using behavioral science to drive real change while managing everything from high-level paid strategy to hands-on video editing.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation & Management: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content and graphics. You'll manage our content calendar and oversee all accounts.
Strategy & Innovation:Lead the design of social campaigns and drive our internal innovation strategy via the company intranet.
Paid Social & Analytics: Oversee paid social budgets, conduct A/B testing, and dive deep into Google Analytics and native tools to report on ROI and optimise performance.
Collaboration: Liaise with influencers, external creative teams, and internal stakeholders to hunt down the best stories the business has to offer.
Campaign Lead: Take the reins of our water efficiency campaign, utilising our industry-leading customer segmentation research.
Education: Act as the internal champion for social media, educating staff on best practices and assisting the digital team with customer queries.What We're Looking For
The "Social Butterfly": You're plugged into digital trends and have a keen eye for what makes a campaign go viral.
The Analyst: You possess an advanced understanding of Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Google Analytics.
The Creator: You are comfortable working independently or with agencies to produce top-tier digital assets (infographics, videos, etc.).
The Communicator: You are a proactive problem-solver who can translate complex messages into platform-specific content.
The Techie: You understand the wider landscape, including SEO, apps, and emerging media.Bonus Points

Compensation package:
£26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
