As the first marketing hire for a brand‑new humor‑focused gifting venture, you will build a repeatable growth engine from scratch. Working directly with the CPO and CTO, you will translate brand vision into testable hypotheses, running rapid experimentation loops across paid social and digital channels to scale this AI‑powered proposition.

What You Will Do

* Collaborate with the Publishing team to pressure‑test new product ideas in‑market before they go into full production.
The ideal candidate
* 4–8 years of growth marketing experience, specifically scaling acquisition within a D2C or early‑stage startup environment.
* Expert‑level execution in paid social and digital channels with a proven track record of moving from hypothesis to scale.
* High‑agency operator who thrives in ambiguity and uses analytical rigor to turn messy problems into clear, actionable results.
