Position: Customer Service Representative
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
Location: Belfast, Shaftsbury Square (hybrid opportunities after training)
Proposed Start Date: 26th August 2025

Handling a diverse range of customer inquiries via inbound calls, ensuring a smooth customer care journey.
Resolving queries "Right First Time" with professionalism and friendliness.
Maintaining the quality and safety of customer data.
Assessing claims and responding to customer inquiries through electronic means.
Supporting the digitisation of services to enhance customer experience.
Meeting individual and team targets to drive success.What You Need:
We're looking for individuals with the following skills and attributes:
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.
Instruction Follow-Up: Ability to adhere to processes and instructions.
Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Access NI: Evidence of your Access NI application number and a cleared Access NI certificate.
