The Work
* Handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including development, landlord and tenant, leases, assignments, licences, and asset sales.
* Manage quality client relationships with autonomy and support.
* Collaborate with a team of 4 fee earners and 4 support staff.
* Develop business in the local area
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Property and at least 3 years PQE
* Strong client management and communication skills.
* Ambition to progress within a supportive firm.
* Confidence in handling diverse commercial real estate transactions.
