Our client, a world-leading technology company, is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to shape and deliver high-impact sales enablement learning across global markets. We’re hiring on their behalf for a specialist who blends instructional design expertise, AI-enhanced content creation, and full project ownership.
This is a 12-month contract, paying ÂŁ375 per day (inside IR35), ideal for a strategic, creative professional who excels in fast-paced, international environments.
✨ The Opportunity
You’ll craft world-class learning experiences for sales teams across EMEA, APAC, and CA/LATAM, working at the intersection of learning science, technology, and global sales readiness.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week onsite in the London office and 2 days remote.
💡 What You’ll Do
Design & Strategy
* Architect performance-driven enablement programmes aligned to business priorities.
* Apply ADDIE/SAM methodologies to create measurable learning solutions.
* Select the most effective learning modalities (vILT, ILT, eLearning, microlearning, blended).
* Act as a trusted advisor to enablement and business leaders.
* Use AI-driven insights and analytics to personalise and optimise learning.
Content Development & Innovation
* Develop engaging content: eLearning, videos, playbooks, onboarding materials, job aids.
* Use tools including GenAI, Notebook LM, Gemini, ChatGPT, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Docebo, Canva, and G Suite.
* Leverage AI to ideate, script, summarise, and accelerate development.
* Ensure content is visually compelling, inclusive, and globally relevant.
End-to-End Ownership
* Manage the full learning lifecycle from discovery to evaluation.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions.
* Use data and feedback to assess learning impact and refine solutions.
* Communicate progress clearly to global teams.
🔍 What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or Sales Enablement learning roles.
* Proven end-to-end learning design and development expertise.
* Strong grounding in adult learning theory and performance-based design.
* Advanced use of GenAI and modern learning tools.
* Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
* Fluent English; French is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s preferred).
