You will join a highly passionate team that includes skilled teaching staff and a strong multidisciplinary team, featuring speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, specialist school nurses, and physiotherapists.
In This Vital Role, You Will
* Support students one-to-one or in small groups to help them fully engage in learning.
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide holistic care.
* Assist in delivering a creative and inclusive curriculum.
* Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and life skills.
* Support pupils with complex learning needs, physical disabilities, and communication challenges.
What We’re Looking For
* We are seeking a caring, patient, and positive individual with a genuine passion for supporting SEND students.
* Experience: Previous experience in childcare, school support, care, or SEN is highly valued.
* Qualifications: Must have a GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
* Eligibility: Must have eligibility to work in the UK.
