Title: P3M Group Leader P3M Group Leader Location: Any Frazer-Nash UK Office Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 (dependant on experience) Comprehensive Benefits Working Pattern: Full time (37.5 hrs per week) – Hybrid Working Closing Date is 17:00 on Monday 23rd March 2026 A vacancy has arisen for Group Leaders in the Projects, Programme and Portfolio Management (P3M) Discipline Area. The P3M discipline area and its associated groups develop and deliver a wide variety of projects, programmes and portfolios of work, as well as supporting business development opportunities. This can range from leading multi-disciplinary Frazer-Nash teams, to working autonomously, providing best practice guidance and coaching to upskill client teams. This also includes helping to set up and mobilise P3M deliverables such as performing health checks and providing recommendations for improved success, through to providing interventions and recovery support across the whole project / programme lifecycle. The groups are dispersed throughout the UK, however the centre of gravity for these teams is the Bristol office, with some team members from the Gloucester, Manchester, Plymouth and Leatherhead offices. The teams comprise of P3M experts across all levels of experience, that provide P3M services into a whole array of clients across both the Defence & Security, and Energy & Infrastructure sectors. What We’re Looking For Practitioner in at least one of the Recognised PM methodologies (i.e. MSP, APM or PRINCE2) Knowledge and experience of range of P3M delivery methodologies and tools Experience in developing solutions for customers and delivering subsequent programmes of work to customer satisfaction, schedule and budget.
