The Best Connection Mansfield are currently recruiting an Accommodation Technician to join a well-established and reputable company based in Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking business, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Carry out pre-handover inspections to ensure units meet quality standards
* Install and remove wall boards and flooring as required
* Complete basic brush painting tasks
* Maintain equipment to high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and compliance
* Follow all health and safety procedures within a busy working environment

Working Hours & Pay Rate:
* Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week. Hours may vary.
* £30k per year.

Requirements:
* Basic DIY skills
* Basic plumbing skills
* Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous but not essential
