Victoria Beckham LTD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join the Digital team
for a one-year placement, with a focus on Ecommerce.
This role offers a comprehensive 360° view of the digital function, providing hands-on
experience across trading, operations, and onsite merchandising within a fast-paced luxury
environment.
Responsibilities
Ecommerce Operations & Trading
* Support the Ecommerce team in uploading and maintaining product data on the Shopify platform
* Assist with collection launches, seasonal updates, and site refreshes
* Monitor stock flow on-site, including new arrivals, low stock, and out-of-stock products
* Assist with weekly trading updates and performance reporting
Onsite Merchandising
* Support in building and updating category pages, product edits, and homepage content
* Assist in the execution of onsite visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
* Contribute to newsletter builds and ensure alignment with onsite activity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Social and CRM teams to ensure consistency across all digital channels
* Support in aligning onsite content with wider campaign activity
Site Maintenance & Optimisation
* Conduct daily site checks to identify bugs, errors, or inconsistencies
* Report and assist in resolving issues in a timely manner
* Support with ongoing site improvements and testing
General Support
* Provide day-to-day support to the Ecommerce team
* Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as required
Essential Skills and Requirements
* Strong interest in Ecommerce and Digital Marketing
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive, with a willingness to learn and use initiative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
