ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as part of the team, the primary focus of this role will be to ensure that the company’s material and equipment requirements are procured at the best value, within budget consistent with the quality, specification and delivery requirements of each project.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a first class procurement professional to make this role their own and deliver a successful partnership with our procurement partners, and our in house team at PRISM
As our Buyer you will:
* Negotiating and placing purchase orders at the most economical cost to the company and ensuring materials are delivered on the due dates
* Actively supporting supply chain improvements, rationalising & benchmarking suppliers, reducing operating costs to improve efficiency and service levels
* Managing supplier relationships, driving engagement and attending supplier and manufacturer visits to support building a robust supply chain
