You’ll manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
* Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New builds and Help to Buy
* Title checks and property searches
* Drafting and reviewing contracts
* Raising and responding to enquiries
* Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules
* Anti‑money laundering regulations
Essential
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
* 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing
* Ability to run files independently
* Excellent client communication skills
Desirable
* Experience with high-volume caseloads
* Familiarity with case management software (e.g., Leap, Proclaim)
* Business development or networking experience
