About the role - As a Registered Branch Manager, reporting to the Head of Operations, your role is to lead and drive Brighton and Hove's branch forward and grow their offering. This is a brand new service so would suit someone who wants to be part of a branch launch from the very beginning. You will build, nurture and grow a team of carers that deliver the highest levels of home care. Duties include selling the branches services through networking, managing the branches finances, recruitment and training of staff and ensuring customer feedback to gained to improve the service. All from scratch as currently there are no carers or clients.
