Associate Architect
Location: Whitechapel, East London
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (Depending on experience)

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Associate Architect to take a leadership role within a forward-thinking studio, managing large-scale projects, guiding talented design teams, and playing a pivotal role in client relationships and project delivery.
This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior Architect or Associate with proven experience leading commercial, education, or healthcare projects and who is fully proficient in Revit.
Package:
£50,000 – £55,000 (Dependent upon experience)

Office: Whitechapel, East London
Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 5:30pm), Monday to Friday (Hybrid working available)
Duties:
Lead and deliver commercial, education, and healthcare projects from concept through to completion
Manage and mentor junior and intermediate Architects & Designers
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and internal multi-disciplinary teams throughout all project stages
Oversee project programmes, budgets, and technical delivery
Ensure full Revit integration and maintain BIM standards across projects
Collaborate with directors and the wider management team on practice development
Contribute to business development, bids, and project-winning initiatives
Requirements:
ARB registered Architect with minimum 8+ years’ experience
Proven track record leading multi-sector projects through all RIBA stages
Strong team management and mentoring experience
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
Advanced Revit proficiency and sound technical detailing knowledge
Confident working across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, or healthcare projects
Ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about design leadership
