Role Description
We are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor for a full-time hybrid role based in Reading, with opportunities to work from home. In this role, you will prepare dilapidation schedules, undertake schedules of condition, and assist with contract administration and project management of office, education and industrial refurbishments. Reporting directly to senior surveyors, you will gain hands-on experience in both commercial and higher education projects while contributing to the success of the team.

Qualifications
* Competency in Building Surveying and conducting Surveys
* Ability to provide accurate reports
* Knowledge and skills in Contract Management and Dilapidations
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
* Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD
* A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
* Driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
