Location: Glenholme Healthcare, Thimbleby Court, Horncastle, LN9 5RA
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Shifts: Night shifts available (exact hours to be discussed during interview)

Your Responsibilities as a Night Care Assistant
As a Night Care Assistant, you will support older adults to remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night while promoting dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
* Supporting with personal care routines
* Assisting with mobility needs during the night
* Supporting medication administration and healthcare needs
* Helping with light domestic duties such as cleaning and preparing drinks
* Responding promptly and compassionately to residents' needs throughout the night
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
* Working closely with the wider care team to ensure high standards of care are maintained
