JOB: Project Engineer
LOCATION: Liverpool
TERM: Permanent
SALARY: GBP 35,000 : GBP 45,000 (Dependant on experience)
My client is a manufacturer in the machinery and process sector. They are looking for a Project Engineer to join their team in Liverpool on a permanent basis.
The Project Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
: HND/ Degree qualified in Engineering / a similar STEM subject
: 3 or more years' experience in Project Engineering from working in a similar role or environment
: Experienced working in a highly regulated industry
: Proficient with using MS Office
: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
: Flexible to travel as part of the role as required
: Engaged, enthusiastic and proactive with a systematic approach to work
: Able to work well alone as well as in a team
The Project Engineer role will involve:
: As a hands:on Project Engineer you will be taking designs and implementing them
: Technical assessment, analysis and review of full lifecycle projects
: Scheduling, cost and quality control
: Line managing direct reports
: Mentoring others
: Communicating with customers to ensure specifications are met
: Supporting the Project Manager
: Involved in purchasing for projects and chasing suppliers as and when required
: Preparing the required project related documentation and drawings
