* Job Title: Project Manager
* Location: Bolton
* Hybrid Working: On average 2 days per week at Bolton Office
* Reports To: Commercial Project Portfolio Manager
* Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience
About The Role
The Project Manager will lead and manage strategic projects that support organisation-wide business transformation. You will oversee on-site and virtual teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role involves implementing effective change management strategies aligned with Outcomes First Group’s mission to provide high-quality care and education to children and young adults.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end business change projects, managing budgets and resources.
2. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership and operational teams.
3. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions.
4. Collaborate with Business Analysts to define requirements and improve processes.
5. Identify and manage project risks and issues.
6. Create detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery.
7. Utilize methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile effectively.
8. Complete project documentation and lead review meetings.
9. Manage project budgets and business cases.
10. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
11. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Essential Experience
* Proven experience leading business change projects with methodologies like Agile, PRINCE2, or Waterfall.
* Hands-on change management experience.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in process improvement and risk management.
* Budget and resource management experience.
* Team leadership capabilities.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Trello.
Desirable Experience
* Experience in education, healthcare, or social care sectors.
* Knowledge of business systems and IT transformations.
* Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Prosci.
* Experience with vendor management and cloud solutions.
