We are recruiting for a Talent and Digital Learning Specialist. As part of the Talent & Learning team, you'll play a key role supporting the team and delivery of the learning & talent strategy. You will take ownership of key learning initiatives by driving projects from initial scoping through to full implementation, ensuring they align with strategic priorities, build critical skills, and support the development and growth of talent across the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordination of talent activity including tracking of succession plans, development activity, mobility, and diversity.
* Relationship management of external/third-party talent partners; ensuring SLAs are met, budget spend is tracked, and activity is planned effectively.
* Support talent & learning projects from scope through to implementation.
* Support in creating executive-level presentations.
* Build strong relationships across the HR and talent teams to help establish a community of best practice.
* Support the creation and governance of new talent and performance frameworks and methodologies.
Key Deliverables:
* Improve talent mobility across the group.
* Strengthen talent succession pipelines and development plans at Next Gen level.
* Understand and share internal and external talent data and insights.
* Support in identifying capability gaps.
Required skills and attributes include:
* Ability to prioritise work across multiple projects.
* Excellent track record managing third-party suppliers.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders at a senior level.
* Confidentiality and comfort handling highly sensitive data.
* Presentation and storytelling skills; ability to create insights from data.
* Understanding of talent management methodologies and frameworks.
* Familiarity with digital learning tools and systems (we use Cornerstone).
