Overview
Learning Manager - Part time - Temporary, 14.5 hours per week, Thursdays and Fridays. Part time, temporary until 31st August 2026. NJC pay grade 7, Scale points 15-17 (actual pay £10,233 to £10,573 with FTE of £30,024 to £31,022). Outwood Grange Academies Trust invites applications for the role at Outwood Academy Easingwold.
You will support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment. You will monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviourally, and work closely with the Inclusion Co-ordinator and the Leadership Team on improving student behaviour, attendance and outcomes. Day to day, you will work with students to help them to be the best they can be.
The role requires the ability to work with students and a real interest in the issues faced by the students. You must be well organised, able to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines, and able to work on your own initiative and lead by example. You will interact with students, parents and outside agencies in a professional, prompt and confidential manner.
Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Inclusion Co-ordinator and Leadership Team to improve student behaviour, attendance and outcomes.
* Interact with students to help them achieve their best; manage day-to-day relationship with students, parents and external agencies professionally.

* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills; ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and lead by example.
* Ability to work with students, parents and external agencies in a professional and confidential manner.
