Key Responsibilities - Assisting the accounts department with payments and invoicing - General office support - filing, scanning, document handling - Liaising with other staff, customers and other third parties - Additional adhoc duties to support the wider team Candidate Profile - Previous administrative / business support experience - Good attention to detail - Strong communication skills - Confidence using email and basic MS Office tools - Experience raising invoices and managing payments desirable, not essential Due to the rural location of the office, you will need to drive to access the site.
