Principal Product Lead
The ideal candidate will help shape the future of the Commercial Tools Suite, an internal platform that powers everything from attribution and tracking to partner workflows and campaign performance. You’ll work at the intersection of commercial strategy, data, technology, and user experience, building tools that enable teams to move faster and make smarter decisions.
Responsibilities
* Guide the long-term vision and roadmap for our next-generation commercial platform.
* Collaborate with B2B and B2C teams to solve complex commercial and data challenges.
* Partner with engineers and architects to design scalable, reliable internal systems.
* Ensure product and marketing teams have access to clean, consistent commercial data.
* Drive improvements that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and product-led innovation.
* Enhance workflows around attribution models, partner integrations, and campaign tracking.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in the iGaming sector, preferably within organizations managing their full technology stack.
* Strong product management expertise, capable of bridging commercial priorities and technical execution.
* Extensive knowledge of data-driven product development and internal tooling.
* Clear, effective communicator with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to act decisively, iterate quickly, and adapt to complex, fast-paced, data-intensive environments.
